We specialize in non-emergent medical transportation (NEMT) services, offering ambulatory and wheelchair van transportation, as well as specialized services for elderly and disabled clients. Our goal is to ensure that all individuals have access to timely and efficient transportation to medical appointments, procedures, and healthcare facilities throughout Fairbanks, North Pole, and the surrounding Fairbanks Northstar Borough.

Please note, our service radius extends 25 miles from the Fairbanks city center; rides beyond this limit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

For the safety of our clients and staff, wheelchair clients weighing greater than 250lbs require the presence of a patient attendant. We appreciate your understanding.

For pickup or dropoff outside of normal operating hours, an afterhours surcharge will be applied.

The following rate adjustments will go into effect on January 1, 2025. Our goal is to ensure high quality service. We appreciate your understanding.
